There are several options available to tenants for public transportation:

Bus: Transportation to and from 1201 Third are available on the Metro bus system. The bus stop closest to the building is located on the next block south on Third Avenue.

Light Rail: The Sound Transit light rail system currently provides service from SeaTac Airport to Capitol Hill and the University of Washington. It also provides service to the Northgate station. Future plans will expand the system east to downtown Bellevue, The Spring District development and the Redmond Microsoft campus.
