The parking garage, available for tenant and visitor parking, is located beneath the building with access from Seneca Street between Second and Third Avenue. Maximum vehicle height allowed is 6 feet for garage clearance. Visitors may exit only to Seneca Street.
Monthly parkers have 24/7 access to the garage by using their card key. Garage Management is responsible for issuing access cards for tenant monthly parkers and monitoring hourly tenant and visitor parkers.
Monthly parkers have access to the building’s express ramp, which exits from Level B to the loading dock, then on to University Street. The ramp is open from 4:00 pm to 7:30 pm, Monday through Friday.
The number of monthly parking spaces allotted to each tenant is pursuant to the terms of the tenant’s lease.
Tenants may purchase validation tickets from garage management to accommodate their client parking needs.

ELECTRIC VEHICLE CHARGING
Four (4) electric vehicle charging stalls are available in the garage on Level B. These stalls are managed by SemaConnect, Inc. and limited to a four (4) hour charging period, at which time vehicles must be moved to another space in the garage to allow for other vehicles to charge.
