Tenant Alteration Projects
All alterations within Tenant spaces require the approval of the Property Management office. Requests to make alterations should be sent in writing to the Tenant Improvement Engineer at firstname.lastname@example.org. Property Management will assist in coordination and provide a current list of contractor rules and regulations during the initial planning stages of a project. All construction contractors, including general, electrical, plumbing or telephone contractors, must register with the property management office prior to performing any work in the building. Installation of communications equipment, computer or alarm systems must also be coordinated with the Property Management office.
